Have You Read Any Good Books Lately?

I ask this question because I wrote this great book about the importance of making good relationship choices to avoid relationships with the wrong people. I have not sold too many books since 3/25/10, however, all those who have read my new book, "The Choices We Make" tell me that it is a really good book. So, I am waiting for you to read my book and get back to me regarding your thoughts and the benefits from this exciting new book.

What should you think about at The Relationship Lab?

The things you should consider are very simple, but to some degree they may be complicated depending on you as an individual and your willingness to look at yourself to face who you are.

Do you believe your happiness is your responsibility? Have you reconciled with your childhood issues? Are you Relationship Ready? Do you have good Emotional Health? Did you thank God today? Do you believe love is not a word? Do you believe that love is not supposed to hurt?

These are the kind of questions and issues we like to address in The Relationship Lab? Holla Back! There are more questions to be answered when you come to the lab. This is a great place to start.

How do you Become Relationship Ready!

In order to become Relationhip Ready, we must achieve good emotional health. This means we must reconcile with our childhood issues and take an inventory of our traumactic experiences to put them into perspective, so we can reconcile with those issues too. Further, we must also learn how to feel good about ourselves so we can improve our self esteem. And, one of the best ways to improve our self esteem is to enhance our self awareness. The more you know about yourself and where you come from, the better you will feel. When we feel good, we can be good to others in our relationships. Leaning to forgive those who have wronged us is another key element of good emotional health. When we forgive we relieve ourselves of baggage and emotions that tend to hold us back. This goes well with learning to let go. When we let go and forgive, we then open ourselves up to receive the blessings that await us that we could not see before. Due to the fact that we were looking back on things that did not matter anymore!

Are you Relationship Ready?

What is Relationship Readiness? When we are relationship ready, we have good emotional health. You would like to know what good emotional health is? Okay then, it is reconciling with your issues that preclude you from being happy so you do not carry that baggage into your relationships. Further, it requires that you have good self esteem, so you can feel good about yourself and reflect that in your dealings with people. Good self awareness is also required for good emotional health. When we know who we are, we feel more whole and real good about ourselves. We must also have a strong sense of self love and we must learn to let go. All of these components equal good emotional health for being "Relationship Ready."
